MEDICAL CANVAS
Hospital, Pharmacy, Walk-in Clinic, Urgent Care Center, and MRI.
In order to determine if an individual has received treatment prior to the date of loss, we recommend our Medical Canvas that searches a 40-mile radius from the residence. These canvases can often bring to light previous injuries that were not reported by the claimant. Each Medical Canvas assignment will receive:
- Contact to the facilities by one of our investigators which could determine if the individual has visited the location or if they are in their database.
- A detailed and concise report outlining the results of the canvas.
- Location name and dates, when available.
A signed medical authorization could be required to conduct some of these searches.
